About 2-3 weeks into Apex Male, I noticed an increase in my mental & physical energy. Overall, I was more motivated to crush the gym, I lasted longer in the gym and felt as if I recovered a bit quicker than normal. I didn’t feel any stronger at this point, but my energy levels were there.
