If I could give this creatine higher stars I would, I can honestly say I have gained more strength in 2 months than I have in about 8 months the last time I started going back to the gym. Plus the fact that I have had massive overall physique gains, I have a lot of people telling me they see a huge difference so it's not just me imagining it (you know it works when you get steroid jokes). But for real I have had none of the negative effects like water retaining that non-hydrochloride creatine causes.
